So many typecasts, so little time (and scanner on the fritz)

I just walked by the pile of typecasts sitting on my scanner waiting to be converted to electrons for posting, and it dawned on me that November might be a handy excuse to get these things online. I have no firm story idea for Nano yet, and if I took the time to actually edit and rewrite these ‘casts, I could actually get a bunch of solid writing done. Maybe that could be my mission for November?

Bad photo in the darkness of the stack of typecasts I have yet to scan in. This is what I've written in just the past month or so, and never got posted...

In other news, in about a year, a new pub will be opening up in Phoenix. Considering it’s logo, I think I may have to stop in for a visit and a brew (Typewriter Heaven, someone has drawn up your dream logo!):

  1. Nifty idea for a bar. Maybe you could hold regular type-ins there, Ted. Great logo. Clever name. Wonder if it will sell books too or operate as a lending library?

  2. I feel that you may need to take in your typewriter when you go in for a drink, as well!

  3. I’d go farther than Scott. If you don’t turn up with a typewriter (it can happen!), I’d expect the landlord to make one available from his collection. And I do like that logo!

  4. Also, Ted, when I CBA scannig, I just find a pool of light and point and shoot. Overexpose 2 stops and you can get perfectly legible typecasts ready to upload sans scanner and in 1/60 second flat.

    1. That is my whole premise to the screenwriting community: have camera, will tlog.

  5. wow that pub makes me hope i will be sent down there after it opens!

  6. First Draft looks like the perfect place for a type-in and gathering of typospherians.
