  3. If only some of these could be found as easily now. I am not very knowledgeable about sourcing specialized tools and materials for typewriters as other typospherians. Must learn, must learn.

  8. I too have a set from my uncle who used to work on typewriters in the 70’s. The kit has many of the tools shown, plus Ames manuals on training and service. If you are interested I’m willing to sell to someone that will use them. Sorry, no key ring pliers.

  19. Wow It looks like I have a version of the Ames Co. No.91 Spring Hook set. I always wondered what these tools were for. I was about to start using them as pokers and grabbers for stuff that falls into my band saw in my wood shop.
