  1. There’s a lot to be said for boredom. That is one nicely-illustrated book. Well worth sharing. ;)

  2. Wonderful, Ted. You should consider submitted these to the Notebook Stories blog, it’s just the sort of thing they like.

  3. Beautiful! Reminds me of the Red Book of Bilbo and Frodo.

  4. Great Ted! Fantastic art.
No matter how your writing changed from day to day it is quite legible. Mine changes from scribble to different scribble, and I can’t draw at all!

  5. That is one beautifully illuminated manuscript! Your prose had me laughing (in the good way) at a number of points. I’m glad you shared.

  6. Very cool! I used to draw quite well, but it’s been many years. Still the writer, though. I even keep a journal, in which I write daily, no matter what. I too, find my handwriting depends on my mood, frame of mind, or level of exhaustion, and frequently wonder what my children and grandchildren will say about my journals long after I’m gone. By the way… you really should submit these for publication. They’re really cool. :-)

  7. Very nice. Alas, most of my earlier work from the days before Interzone Intelligence has long vanished into the aether.
