  1. Perhaps a modern version of this process would employ Liquid Light photographic emulsion. The original resembles albumen prints.

  2. Very interesting. Whipped albumen. That’s different. I hope to replace the enlarger I could not bring with me and get back into a darkroom sine we now live in the land of clean clear water instead of the iron water of Florida.

  3. When I first started to read the Sci. Am. Article, I thought, well, now, that would be neat to try, but as I worked my way down through the article, it came to seem like a long and very complicated recipe, requiring precision, close attention, and patience. I’d better pass. Just finding the ingredients would be like having a home chemistry lab, and, oh, yeah, high school chemistry wasn’t one of my better subjects. Yep, better pass!
