Rest In Peace, Number Six

Number Six, not yet sure she wants us to touch her, but still very curious about the turtle.

The very first time she let me pet her, and we became fast friends.

She spent lots of time snuggled in my lap while I was at my desk. She also popped up from time to time in the TCL meetings, waving her fanny at the camera, as cats do.

She was also a good scanning buddy, hanging out and counting pages as I worked.

Goodbye little old girl, You were a fine, sweet friend, and I’ll miss ya…

Virtual Herman’s coming up in the morning. I’ll do my best to participate fully.

BTW, I missed Virtual Herman’s. I’ll need to watch the videos.

  8. I’m sorry for your loss, Ted. Is she the kitty you’d sometimes drum on during TCL? Your wrote a sweet tribute to the old gal. I’m glad she had a happy life with you.

    1. Nah, drumcat is Boomer – she’s the only one that likes being drummed on. Sixcat was way too frail to be a drumcat. (:

  9. Sorry to hear of your loss, Ted.

  10. Great eulogy for a great cat and wonderful friend. My heart and condolences go out to you.

  11. Oh, Ted! I am so sorry. This brought back a lot of memories, both of Madeline, our dog, and Bertram, our cat. It is so very hard. Thank you for giving her a wonderful life, and being there for her until the very end. It’s what we must do.
