  1. Lookd like everyone had a great time. Nice typeface and typewriter art. I have 2 German typewriters with the same typeface, one of my favorite styles.

  2. Wish I could have attended. Three per year sounds challenging though!

    1. yeah, but if we get 3/year, then you really start to get to know the community, and give more chances for far-flung attendees to get in at least 1/year. This is like the 8th one in the Phoenix Metro area, and there’s a lot of people who’ve managed to get to 2 or 3 of them, but couldn’t get to all of them due to various reasons. Also, lots more new people. (:

  3. It was a huge success! Lots of fun!

  4. This is great and I am happy he had a good turn-out. The more the better!

  5. Is there a “list” to join to be notified of these events?

    1. possibly. I find out about them by hanging out at Mesa Typewriter Exchange. they post flyers.

  6. My name is Jeremiah, and I was the one who ran the type-in. I have my own typewriter blog now, at thequirkyqwerty.wordpress.com. Here you can find out about upcoming type-ins, like the next one on June 9th at the Chandler Sunset Library from 10:30 am-12:30 pm.

    1. All righty – I’ve added your blog to the Typosphere blogroll, and made note of the June 9 Type-In.. I’ve also heard that there’ll be one at Changing Hands Bookstore on June 24, so it’ll be a great Type-In month! (:
